The light, spacious and comfortable family living room provides ample space for gathering everyone together. There is plenty of seating, with two large comfy sofas, ideal for watching the 55” flat screen TV complete with internet and Netflix. It also benefits from an atmospheric ‘electric’ fire, perfect for cosy nights on those cooler evenings. With doors leading onto the garden, it also provides the perfect spot to relax and watch over the children playing outside.
Coastal Way has an attractive galley kitchen, with tiled floor, wooden beams and a large window with lovely views over the garden. It includes all your modern conveniences such as a gas cooker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and is very well-equipped to cater for everything its guests could need.
Through the archway from the kitchen is the dining room, with a large oak table, which extends to comfortably seating 6 people. It’s a bright and cosy room that provides the perfect setting for relaxing family meals.
This bright and cheerful second bedroom overlooking the garden is an ideal choice for children. It includes bunk beds, a wardrobe and toy chest.
The family bathroom features a bath with overhead shower, and a wash-hand basin. There is additional storage for your toiletries. Plus, there is a separate WC.

Coastal Way Cottage is ideally located for guests seeking a holiday by the coast. The popular Saunton Sands beach is less than a 10 minute drive from the cottage and is the perfect place for guests staying with or without children. The long sandy beach is backed by the Braunton Burrows, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, which guests can walk along and use for sheltered picnics. The beach is great for swimmers and the more novice surfer. There are also some nice facilities at the beach, including the Sands Café.
Just a little further along the coast from Saunton is the popular surfing beach Croyde, as well as the award-winning Woolacombe.

For walkers and those who love to cycle, the Tarka Trail is a definite must. Bicycles can be hired locally or bring your own.
There are plenty of family friendly attractions nearby including Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Dinosaur and Wildlife Park, Exmoor Zoo, Arlington Court, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way to name a few.
The village of Braunton has a wonderful mix of restaurants, pubs, cafes, and independently-owned shops.
